Estate Surveys uses the latest mobile CAD surveying software which embraces Bluetooth technology to capture measurements and create on-site CAD drawings in .DWG, .FLX, .DWF or .DXF formats.

Since the Land Registration Act 2002 and the Licensing Act 2003 the need for accurate lease and title plans has greatly increased. Estate Surveys specialise in providing Land Registry compliant Lease Plans; these can be required for the exchange of property and need to be re-drawn every 7 years or if boundary changes occur.
